At OC SmartClean, we take pride in referring quality, vetted cleaning professionals. While the cleaners we refer are independent contractors — not our employees — your satisfaction matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of every referral we make.
How It Works
If you’re home during the cleaning: When your referred cleaner finishes, take a moment to walk through your space. If anything doesn’t meet your expectations, let the cleaner know directly so they can address it on the spot.
If you’re not home: We understand you’re busy! If you notice any issues after the cleaning, please contact us within 12 hours by text, phone, or email. Let us know the specific areas or items you’d like addressed — photos or a quick video are always helpful. We will coordinate with your referred cleaner to schedule a touch-up at no additional cost.
Please Note
Refunds are not available once a cleaner has arrived at your property. Our commitment is to coordinate with your referred cleaner to get the job done right. If we’re unable to resolve the issue with your current cleaner, we will refer a replacement cleaner to re-service the area in question.
Our Promise as Your Referral Agency
We carefully vet every cleaning professional in our network. If at any point you are not satisfied with the cleaner referred to you, contact us and we will match you with a different professional from our network — no questions asked.
