If you’re home: When our team is finished, they’ll invite you to do a quick walk-through of your space. If you see anything that isn’t to your liking, just let the team leader know, and they’ll handle it right then and there.

If you’re not home: We get that you’re busy! If you’re unable to be present for the walk-through, please let us know within 12 hours of the cleaning’s completion by text, phone, or email. Just send us a specific list of the areas or items you’d like us to re-clean. Photos or a quick video are always helpful! We will then schedule a reclean for you at no additional cost.
